Abstract

Purpose: This study is for identifing the effect of Habgok acupressure after pelviscopy and for nursing care.
Method: This study is done on 20 patients who be gotten pelviscopy for 3 months. To verify the consubstantiality of a experiment and contrast group be used with x2-test and identify the distributional difference on the defecation between gas passing time was analyzed with T-test and one way ANOVA.
Result: 1. A significant difference of a general statistics on two group was not found, so identified with homogeneity.
2. The experiment group was 2.3hrs earlier than the control group in gas passing time.
3. A significant difference in the defecation time of both group was not found.
4. The answer of 5 questions in satisfaction on the Habgok acupressure is as following;
1) How do you thinks? Total 100% of very good and good.
2) Were you comfortable? Total 80% of very right and right.
3) Were there changes in your body? Total 70% of very right and right.
4) Gotten an effect in gas passing time? Total 70% of very right and right.
5) Gotten an effect in defecation time? Total 80% of very right and right.
Conclusion: In comparison with shortening of the gas passing time and satisfaction of the Habgok acupressure appears highly, if research is repeated, then effect given proof, there is a necessity of verifing on effect of the Habgok acupressure for the application as unique nursing care at the next clinic.
